TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KDTDEV-APPS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in state or federal courts located in Arkansas.
9. Changes to These Terms
